Welcome to St. Anthony Convent school, Gorakhpur. St. Anthony's Convent High School is situated in the Railway Dairy Colony,Sadar Gorakhpur,established in 1961.It is a Christian Catholic Institution established and administrated by Religious Congregation of the missionary sisters of the Queen of Aposties a registered charitable society.It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE),New Delhi.

Our school was recognized by Anglo Indian Board of Education,Lucknow in the year 2005 on 5 july.(Reg. no. 2926/15-6-95-18:20:/91.).It is affiliated from Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE),New Delhi on 19.08.2011(no.cbse/aff/SL-00635-1112(2131306)/2011/332481) with "No Objection Certificate" (registration no.1916/15-7-09-1(299)/2007) from the government of Uttar Pradesh on 7th jan 2011 and obtained the Minority Certificate on 10th april 2012 from Indian Government of National Commision for Minority Educational Institutions.

The school aims at the education of Catholic Community around and extends its service to members of other community to the extent possible. The school stands for academic excellence, development of skill and character formation based on the love of God and the service of men as modeled in Jesus Christ, with a view to training citizens remarkable for all round development and sincere commitment to God and country.

The medium of instruction is in English; Hindi is taught from Class I. on onwards. It progressively prepares the pupils for High School.

The objective of this institution is education of the whole person. Hence right from the beginning it gears at an integral formation (character, intellectual, moral, spiritual, physical and social) of the young who in turn will build up our nation in justice and truth respecting the dignity of each individual person.
